• Session replay and form diagnostics: We record clicks, scrolls, and pages (with form fields masked in the video) so we can see where quote requests stall. If you start a quote, we may store the answers you type — including name, phone, email, ZIP, and project details — even if you do not submit. Recordings are kept for 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties, contractors, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Session replay recordings are deleted after 30 days. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your information.

7. Telephone and Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from VERACO LLC using automated systems for customer-care purposes (booking links, appointment confirmations, and reminders). Message frequency is up to 4 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties, contractors, or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use messaging service providers (such as Twilio) solely as processors to deliver messages on our behalf.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or requesting a quote. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits, quote requests, and booked appointments from Facebook and Instagram ads, and to help Meta deliver ads to people who are more likely to request a quote. These tools may collect device identifiers, pages viewed, and — when you submit a form or book — hashed contact details (such as name, email, phone, and ZIP) so Meta can match the conversion to an ad click. Meta acts as an independent controller of the data it receives. You can review Meta's practices at facebook.com/privacy and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can also use the National Advertising Initiative opt-out and your browser's cookie controls.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Website is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
