How fast will someone get back to me after I submit a request?
Most homeowners hear from their matched local contractor the same day or the next business day. Requests submitted late at night or over a holiday weekend go out the next business morning.
I want my information removed. How do I do that?
Reply STOP to any text message to stop messages immediately, and use the contact options on this page to ask that your record be deleted. We honor removal requests for both our own records and the matched partner. Our Privacy Policy describes the full process.
Can I schedule an appointment for a specific day and time?
Yes. Book a consultation and pick a window that works for you, or tell us your preferred days when you submit a quote request and the local partner will work around them. Evening and Saturday appointments are usually available.
Something went wrong with a contractor you matched me with. Who do I tell?
Tell us directly. Feedback on no-shows, pressure tactics, surprise change orders, or unresponsive service is how partners get removed from the network. Because our fee is flat and paid per introduction, we have no financial reason to keep a bad partner in place.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
No. We are a free matching service, not a window dealer, so there is no showroom or storefront. The local contractor we match you with brings samples of frame materials and glass packages to your free in-home assessment, which is more useful anyway — you see them in your own light, next to your own trim.
