When you request a free quote or book a consultation on our Website and provide your phone number with SMS consent, VERACO LLC may send you text messages related to your window replacement inquiry — for example, a booking link, consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-ups on your quote request.

This is a customer-care program only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

2. Consent

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Website forms and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from VERACO LLC at the number you provided. You understand and agree that:

  • Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or requesting a quote
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan
  • Message frequency: up to 4 messages per request

3. Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can also request removal by emailing us at the address below.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
